Who am I, you ask? Well let me tell you.
I have my own solo practice, with my office in the Kroger Building in downtown Cincinnati. I very much prefer to work solo, that way I can concentrate on serving my clients to the utmost, without someone looking over my shoulder who is thinking primarily about the law firm’s bottom line.
I have worked for several law firms in the past, in different areas of the law. However in January 2001 I finally found my niche, when I began working full-time in consumer bankruptcy. I have worked full-time in that area since then.
I was raised in a rural area near Chillicothe, Ohio, working on a farm as I grew up. I graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. I later earned my Law Degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. I am admitted to practice in the following Courts:
All Courts of the State of Ohio
All Courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
Federal and Bankruptcy Courts for Southern District of Ohio
Federal and Bankruptcy Courts for Northern District of Ohio
Federal and Bankruptcy Courts for Eastern District of Kentucky.
I also belong to the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Cincinnati Bar Association, and the Kentucky Bar Association.
I am also an avid fan of both the Cincinnati Reds and the Cincinnati Bengals, and look forward to seeing them both in the playoffs!!!!!
